Shaolinsi Trip (Part 2)

Well, the next day was something of a continuing nightmare for me. Our tour guide managed to find some Chinese medicine for my distressed digestive tract. This took care of one aspect (the need to run) of my affliction, but could do nothing to cope with the pain. It also left me feeling incredibly light headed. However, I was able to stay on the multi-hour bus journies without demanding emergency stops.

Shaolinsi Trip (Part 1)

Well, after missing out due to various reasons on the previous Shaolin trips, I managed to squeeze in this one before the end of my time here. And it was definitely worth it.

All travel with my course provider is by train. Overnight sleeper train. This is one of those things that is a good idea in theory but which lacks a certain something in application. As expected I did not exactly fit in the sleeper
